Casa Grandview

The property is absolutely beautiful. A little jungle paradise. Cheryl and Kirk keep up this property very well and are very nice people (their staff as well). Our room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. In comparison to other B&Bs I have stayed at - this one is by far the best. Breakfast is great and they will make you almost anything as long as they have the ingredients. That was a WOW for us. We will return if we ever go back to West Palm Beach.

Home away from home! I commute to WPB for work from out of state. I stay in rentals when I’m in town. I stumbled upon Casa Grandview a about 10 months ago and I haven’t stayed anywhere else since. The neighborhood is great. Cheryl and her team are excellent hosts. I’ve stayed in most of their rentals at this point and the rest I’ve toured with Francisco. They offer different size units depending on your needs. I stay in a smaller studio space which is perfect for just me. When my family comes down, Cheryl and Yajaira set us up in a two or three bedroom. All of the rentals are super comfortable and clean. The pools are updated and heated. The hard work and pride that goes into creating and maintaining this place shows in every detail.

Me and my girlfriend is currently staying at Casa Grandview and we've literally just been here for 15 hours. The rooms are amazing, very cozy with a lot of personality and they're super clean. You get everything you need in the room, from a big bed to a nice bathroom with all toiletries you need. The best part so far has been meeting the owners who are super friendly, almost feels like they're relatives that welcome you into their home. The breakfast is something you must attend since they cook everything themselves and it all tastes delicious. Ps. You have to go to breakfast with an empty tummy, because you will be getting A LOT of good breakfast.

Casa Grandview is a fun, lovely property! The suite was tastefully decorated, well stocked, very clean and quiet. The location is in a historic neighborhood and central to many attractions. The hosts Cheryl and Kirk clearly have an eye for detail and are attentive to their guests needs. We look forward to a return visit!

Team is responsive, there's a staff on duty. Another guests dog took a poop outside my gate and I was going to just pick it up when I got back from my trip but when I got back someone already took care of it. I hear and see a lot of moving vehicles, people cleaning and painting, etc... Tanya was very nice! Everything was wonderful here. Super clean, neat and perfect for a getaway. The whole area is lovely. We would stay here again!!!

We loved everything about it here. The cottage we were in was tastefully decorated and I'm not doing it justice. the bed was very comfortable. They thought of everything, bottled water and pop in the fridge, a couple of bags of chips in the kitchen. There was a small pool right out the kitchen door, although a few other cottages had access to it, it felt like it was all ours. Breakfast was delicious and Cheryl and Kirk bent over backwards to make sure we had a great stay. I highly recommend it, and my only advice is to stay here longer than you normally would. We were here for a convention and had I known what it was like, I would have stayed at least 2 or 3 days longer. We will be back.

Loved our stay at the Casa Grandview Inn! Cheryl the owner was so sweet and showed us the new pool renovations. The room itself was so nice and comfortable! We sat by the pool before heading out to dinner and it was so peaceful! Perfect for our Birthday getaway! Can’t wait to return in March!

Our stay at Casa Grand View was nothing short of amazing! We were in the midst of a cross country move and stayed here while we looked for a home. Cheryl and Kirk (the owners) were such kind, hospitable and welcoming people. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and made a stressful time so much easier. The cottage we stayed in (Coco) was beautiful and the property is in a very walkable location. We couldn’t recommend it more!
